Cara mengatasi Windows Explorer yang Menutup Sendiri


 


Setiap membuka komputer PC/Laptop yang menggunakan Operating System (OS) Windows 10 pastinya sering berhubungan dengan Windows Explorer.

Buat yang belum tahu nih. Singkatnya, Windows Explorer adalah sebuah aplikasi perangkat lunak yang menjadi bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari beberapa versi sistem operasi Microsoft Windows.

Pada Windows Explorer ini, akan diberikan tampilan grafis atau gambar kepada pengguna untuk mengakses sistem file.

Istilah mudahnya tampilan untuk melihat file-file.

Komponen Windows inilah yang mempresentasikan face to face kepada pengguna di dalam monitor dan mengizinkan pengguna untuk mengontrol komputer yang menggunakan sistem operasi Windows.

Nah biasanya, ada salah satu permasalahan yang sering muncul pada Windows explorer ini. Bagi kalian yang pernah mengalaminya pasti pernah dibuat kesal, yakni Windows Explorer menutup sendiri tanpa ada angin atau hujan, apalagi geledek.

Namun jangan khawatir dan jangan kesal, kali ini Asaljeplak akan membahas penyebab sekaligus memberikan solusi terkait dengan Windows Explorer yang sering menutup sendiri atau sering hang ini.

Berikut ini akan Asaljeplak jelaskan secara detai bagaimana mengatasi agar Windows Explorer ini bisa bekerja dengan baik dan tidak menutup sendiri.

  1. Cara pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah tekan tombol Windows+R  kemudian pada kolom pencarian ketik Regedit. Lalu klik YES.
  2. Setelah masuk ke panel kemudian cari HKEY_CURENT_USER
  3. langkah selanjutnya buka folder Software.
  4. Setelah itu cari lagi folder Classes > Local Settings
  5. Kemudian pilih folder Software
  6. Kemudian masuk ke Folder Windows lalu pilih Shell 
  7. kemudian cari folder BagMRU kemudian klik kanan pada folder, lalu Delete dan klik YES
  8. Setelah itu pilih folder Bags klik kanan di folder Bags kemudian pilih Delete, lalu klik YES.
  9. Apabila semua langkah sudah dilakukan kemudian restart komputer kalian.

Perlu diperhatikan juga, dalam beberapa kasus biasanya kejadian Windows Explorer restart sendiri tersebut disebabkan karena meginstall banyak software.

Biasanya yang menyebabkan Windows Explorer itu restart sendiri ada sebuah software rusak yang di install.

Apabila cara yang diatas belum berhasil, kalian bisa mencoba cara yang kedua ini:

  1. Klik kanan di ikon My Computer > Properties > Advenced System Setting > Performance Setting
  2. hilangkan check list pada Show Thumbnails Instead of Icon
  3. Kemudian pilih Apply dan Oke

Apabila kedua cara tersebut masih belum berhasil, kamu juga bisa mencoba cara berikut ini:

  1. Buka Run Windows (Logo Windows pada Keyboard + R) lalu ketik gpedit.msc.
  2. Pilih Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management > Internet Communication Settings.
  3. Double klik pada Turn Off Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program 
  4. lalu pilih Enable

Apabila masih belum berhasil coba beberapa kali langkah tersebut. Apabila masih tidak berhasil juga, lebih baik install ulang Windows 10 kalian.
